Are there any product that is not suitable for any skin type?

Green Passion products are made in a way that all skin types including sensitive skin can enjoy without worrying about unwanted reactions. It is made with natural and organic ingredients without using any chemicals.

Do you test your products on animals?

Absolutely not, we can guarantee that all of our products and ingredients have not been tested on animals as we do not deem it as an ethical business practice, so we certainly would not let it become any part of our process.

Are any Synthetic Fragrances used?

Green Passion products DO NOT contain any synthetic fragrances or perfumes. We have only used essential oils derived from naturally plantation to enhance the scent of our products, this also allows them to be suitable for all skin types. However, if irritation does occur, please refrain from using and consult a doctor for advice.

Where can I find a product’s ingredient list?

There are 2 frequently used ways for our customers to find a product’s ingredient list, one is to go to our product description on greenpassion.com which lists out all the ingredient contained in that products, secondly it can be found within the label of the chosen product.

Where are the products manufactured?

All our products are manufactured in our custom-built facility in Melbourne, Australia.

Can I use more than one promo code at a time?

No, sorry, we only allow one promo code per transaction while in some cases it may be only redeemed once. All promotion codes and offers are available for a limited time and cannot be used after expiration. Green Passion reserves the right to change or reject offers and promotion codes at any time. Please note that misuse of promotions and codes might result in order cancellation.

Is Green Passion Vegan?

Yes, all our products are free from use of animal derivatives as well as animal by-products. Here at Green Passion, we have always stuck to the believe that we shall remain a cruelty free practices and only source natural plant-based ingredients.

Why is the item that I wanted out of stock?

When an item is displayed as out of stock, it just means that we’ve temporarily sold out of that item, and we’ll have new stock available soon. If there is need, you can contact us to find out when it will be available again.

Is GST included within the price shown?

Yes, all prices includes GST, which means there is no extra hidden costs.

Do the products need to be refrigerated?

Green Passion products do not require refrigerating under normal climate, but we would recommend storing in a cool dry place, preferably under 30 degrees Celcius. Look into all our product description on this website or on the labels of the products to find out how it is recommended to be stored.

How do you join the Affiliate Program?

Joining our Green Passion Affiliate Program is simple. All you have to do is to click into the menu item called AFFILIATE PROGRAM and then click Join now on that page. It will then lead you to a joining page which only requires your first and last name and email, after that you have become a part of our affiliate program.

What is the benefit of joining?

The main benefits of Green Passion’s Affiliate Program is that you are able to earn commission from purchases of those whom you have invited. Not only that, if they recommend others after, you can also earn a small amount of commission on their purchase too!

How do I create an account?

Go to our Front Page and at the top right corner click the Create an account button, enter your name and email address, and create a password, its that simple. While you are at it don’t forget to subscribe to our newsletter, you can receive our latest offers.

Why should I create an account?

If you create an account at Green Passion – the checkout process is much faster. You will also be able to access to your order history of your previous orders.

How do I update my details?

You will be able to change your details once you sign in to your account, including contact details, password, shipping and billing addresses.

 

Shipping & Delivery

What happens if I want to change my order?

We are unable to make changes to orders once placed.  Orders are processed very quickly, so if you need to cancel your order please call our Customer Care team immediately.  We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t cancel orders once they have shipped. See returns and exchanges for information about sending products you've ordered back to us.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to select destinations internationally – contact us if we do not ship to your destination.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.  Shipping cost is dependant on shipping destination and products weight

When will I receive my order?

Green passion will usually process your order within 2 business days. Time for delivery is dependant on the courier/freight company and your location – estimated times are quoted during the checkout process.
